Sybel's Yoga for Sports & Fitness, Vol. 2



Not Very Good
This was disappointing. The poses are held for such a brief time that it's hard to derive any benefit. I estimate they're held for 3 to 5 seconds. It's more of a stretch workout than yoga, and I wouldn't even recommend it for stretching because it's just too superficial. You need to hold the stretches/yoga poses longer than this.
